All made to order items will be sewn & sent within 3 weeks of your original purchase date, we operate on a first in, first sewn basis. 

Ready to wear items will be sent within 1 business day of purchase date.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express. 

All international orders are sent via DHL Express.  

Shipping Times (Australia Post Express):
Orders shipped via Australia Post Express typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location — metropolitan areas usually receive parcels faster, while regional or remote areas may take a little longer.

International Shipping Times (DHL Express):

Orders shipped via DHL Express International typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and local delivery conditions.

Return Policy:As all items are made to order, we offer credit or exchange only. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery to the return address listed on your package. No refunds are available.
